Legal right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. This right also applies to items purchased on promotion, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within a maximum of 14 days.
Barkora Commercial Policy: 30 days
In addition to the legal period, Barkora allows you to request a return within 30 days of receipt. To benefit from this commercial extension, the product must be complete, undamaged, and returned with its accessories and original packaging.
Requesting a Return
Before any return, contact us at barkora.business@outlook.fr stating your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Packages sent without prior request may not be properly identified.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
Inspect your order upon receipt. In case of damage, defect, or error, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so that we can offer an appropriate solution.
Refund
After receiving and checking the return, we will inform you of the acceptance of the refund. Once approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. The display time then depends on your bank.
Exchanges
To quickly get another item, request the return of the product concerned then place a new order after the return has been accepted.
