What does Barkora Flow™ do?
Barkora Flow™ keeps water circulating and passes it through its filtration system. Its transparent reservoir makes it easy to monitor the water level.
What is its capacity?
The reservoir holds 2 liters of water. The dimensions of the fountain are 17 × 18.1 × 13.5 cm.
What materials are used?
The top tray is made of stainless steel and the reservoir is made of transparent plastic.
Is the fountain quiet?
The pump is designed for discreet operation. Unusual noise usually means the water level is too low or the pump needs cleaning.
How do I clean the fountain?
Unplug the fountain, disassemble the removable parts, and clean them regularly with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly before reassembly. The pump should also be cleaned periodically.
When should I replace the filter?
Check its condition regularly. Replace it when it is clogged, when the flow decreases, or depending on usage frequency and water quality. Do not use a damaged filter.

A Barkora Flow™ fountain, a pump, a spout, an AC adapter with European plug, a filter element, two filter foams, and a filter tray.
Ordering and Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Barkora currently delivers to France and Belgium. Standard delivery is free.
What are the delivery times?
Preparation usually takes 1 to 3 business days, followed by 5 to 10 business days for delivery. A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available methods are displayed during checkout, including major credit cards and Apple Pay when offered on your device.
Returns and Warranty
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have the legal right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt, including for an item purchased on promotion, subject to legal exceptions.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
Barkora commercially extends the return period to 30 days after receipt. The product must be returned complete and in its original condition. Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions.
